1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on xd777 ("the Platform"), by accessing any page of xd777.app, or by placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all registered users of xd777, including players who access the Platform via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means of access. xd777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of any amendment will be noted at the head of this document. Continued use of xd777 following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on xd777. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. xd777 will verify your age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance — including deposits and winnings — will be voided without recourse.

2.2 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that your use of xd777 is for personal entertainment purposes only.

2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. xd777 serves adult players and operates under applicable international platform terms. Players are individually responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. xd777 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself as to the legality of your use of the Platform under all laws applicable to you.

2.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on xd777. If you already hold a registered xd777 account you must not register an additional account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. xd777 accepts no liability for consequences arising from a Player providing false or outdated information.

2.6 KYC Verification. xd777 requires Know Your Customer verification before processing your first withdrawal. KYC may require submission of a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification and verification of your registered payment method. xd777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the security of your xd777 account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. xd777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify xd777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. xd777 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

3.3 Shared Devices. You must log out of your xd777 account when accessing the Platform from any device that other persons can use. Failure to do so may result in unauthorised access for which xd777 bears no responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. xd777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, and Debit Card. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

4.2 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xd777 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts only. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. xd777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 4 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within 1–3 business days. These are indicative timelines only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

4.6 Player Funds. Deposited funds are used to fund gameplay on the Platform. xd777 does not pay interest on player balances. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that deposited funds may be lost through normal gameplay.

4.7 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback against a deposit made to xd777 without first contacting xd777 support to attempt resolution constitutes a breach of these Terms. xd777 reserves the right to close the account and recover any amounts subject to chargeback.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers are subject to xd777's game-specific rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable game rules. xd777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a system fault, or where the odds or game parameters were incorrectly displayed.

5.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to additional rules specific to the relevant sport. Results are settled in accordance with official governing body rulings for the relevant sport or competition.

5.3 Casino Games. All virtual casino games on xd777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (card shuffle, wheel spin) in a professionally operated studio environment. xd777 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return in any individual gaming session.

5.4 System Errors. In the event of a system error, malfunction, or communication failure, xd777 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. xd777 will not be liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Terms Govern. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits issued by xd777 are subject to specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotional terms govern.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Winnings generated from bonus funds before the wagering requirement is complete are bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

6.3 Abuse. xd777 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and to close any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or misrepresentation of eligibility.

6.4 Expiry. Bonuses and promotional credits may carry an expiry date. Unused promotional credit that has expired will be removed from your account balance automatically.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xd777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one xd777 account simultaneously.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register.
• Registering or permitting a person under 18 years of age to use xd777.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform outside normal browser operation.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against xd777 transactions.
• Any conduct consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent regional access restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by xd777.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the xd777 platform or negatively impacts the experience of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Platform Commitment. xd777 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible from your account settings dashboard at any time without the need to contact support.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player who requests self-exclusion will have their account access suspended for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, xd777 will take reasonable steps to ensure that you cannot access your account and that you do not receive promotional communications from xd777.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on xd777.app — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data — is the property of xd777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on xd777 without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 xd777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xd777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.3 xd777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by xd777's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your xd777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

11.2 Platform-Initiated Closure. xd777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) required by applicable law or regulatory obligation; or (d) in xd777's sole reasonable judgement, continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

11.3 Balance on Closure for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xd777 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account, including any deposits, pending resolution of the breach and recovery of any losses suffered by xd777.

12 Amendments to These Terms

xd777 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on xd777.app and the Last Updated date at the head of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of xd777 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change is made to these Terms, xd777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the contact details registered on your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xd777 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute between you and xd777, you must first contact xd777 customer support to attempt resolution. xd777 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted via our support channel.

13.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xd777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
